5.2   We may supply the information that you provide through the enquiry form to FCA authorised brokers or firms and/or selected Financial Technology (FinTech) companies that provide the introduction to the service providers.

5.3   Telephone and email enquiries that you make using the details published on our website will be directed to or passed to  FCA authorised brokers or firms

5.4   We will not charge you a direct fee for using our website ( refer 8.3 )

5.5   You acknowledge that:
(a)   we do not vet third parties
(b)   we do not check, audit, monitor or control: the identity, creditworthiness or bona fides of, third parties, the security of their  websites, or the accuracy of the information published by them
(c)    we are not party to any contract for the sale or purchase of goods or services entered into between you and a third party and accordingly, we will not be liable to you in relation to any loss or damage arising out of any use of a  third party website, any information provided and or  any offer made by, or any contract with  a third party
